RETURNS and REFUNDS

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, Flour & Devour Cookie Co. & Bakery does not accept returns or offer refunds.
• There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• Circumstance Pending, Flour & Devour Cookie Co. & Bakery will consider issuing a credit or re-order.
• If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team WITHIN 2 DAYS of when the package was receive and provide a photo and detailed description of issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Flour & Devour Cookie Co. & Bakery experience. Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48 hour delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible for return, refund or reship. 

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Orders may not be cancelled after 12 PM CT of the order date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
